Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or engaging Wyattviano Co. for clock repair, restoration or maintenance services, you agree to these terms and conditions.

These terms apply to all work performed at our Glendale workshop and to all house call services throughout Maricopa County.

Estimates and Pricing

Estimates are provided free of charge and are based on the condition of the clock as inspected. Concealed faults that cannot be identified until a movement is disassembled may change the estimate, and we will always contact you for approval before performing additional work.

Estimates are valid for thirty days. Prices quoted are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Authorisation of Work

No work beyond the agreed scope will be performed without your approval. Where a clock is dismantled for inspection and you decline the recommended work, a reasonable inspection and reassembly charge may apply.

Turnaround and Timelines

Timelines given are good faith estimates. Standard service is typically two to three weeks including a mandatory test run; restorations involving fabricated parts or case work take longer.

Delays caused by parts sourcing, concealed damage or customer response times are outside our control.

Warranty

Mechanical service work is warranted against defects in workmanship for twelve months from collection, covering adjustment and correction of the work performed.

The warranty does not cover damage from moving the clock, accidental damage, unauthorised adjustment by others, or wear to components that were declined for replacement at the time of service.

Collection and Storage

Clocks should be collected within thirty days of notification that work is complete. Storage charges may apply thereafter, and items left for more than one hundred and eighty days after notification may be disposed of to recover costs, as permitted by Arizona law.

Liability

Wyattviano Co. maintains insurance covering customer property in our care. Our liability is limited to the documented value of the clock as agreed at intake.

We are not liable for pre-existing damage, latent defects in previous repairs, or consequential losses.

House Call Services

House calls are subject to safe access. Customers are asked to provide clear access to the clock and to advise in advance of stairs, pets or other considerations.

Where a clock cannot be safely serviced in place, we will advise on transporting the movement to the workshop.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, and any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Maricopa County.
